Conditions for return
You have 14 days from receiving your order to send your purchase back to us.
All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with all tags still attached.
Step 1 Mail your return articles to returns@katherinaloretta.nl
Step 2: Submit your return by filling in the Return form, which you received together with your purchase, do not forget to mention the order number.
Step 3: Use the Address label in the box
Return Shipping
Return shipping must be sent back to the Katherina Loretta Warehouse within 14 days of receipt.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
Katherina Loretta B.V. takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return.
We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Katherina Loretta.
